Because many of our pieces are made to order, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both your purchase and the care that goes into creating it.

Made-to-Order Items

Many products sold through That Money Girl are made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

buyer’s remorse
ordering the wrong size
ordering the wrong color or variation
change of mind after purchase

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thatmoneygirl.income@gmail.com with:

your order number
a description of the issue
clear photos showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help guide the next steps

In some cases, we may need to wait for the carrier’s tracking to update or for a claim window to open before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

made-to-order products
personalized or custom items
digital products or downloadable items
gift cards

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

Because orders may move into production quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If production has already begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
